Defective product delivered and difficult to get a duplicate invoice my phone stopped working after 2 months after it was ordered on 23 july order no.[protected] . I couldn't also find the invoice. so i logged in to my amazon ac and found the dispatch note but the service centre people denied. i tried to contact amazon to get duplicate bill but it is so difficult to get to them. online thing is a a mess. i can see the orders on the app but nothing shows on the website. ridiculous.
