Amazon India — Delay in delivery of Product by Amazon | |||||
Despite placing a prepaid order on Amazon and confirming delivery by 12th October 2016. I am yet to receive my order that was placed on 4th October 2016. I have written several emails to Amazon but no-one has bothered to escalate the matter as was told to me during telephone call to Amazon by the Manager Mr. Percy. Mr. Amrish the executive had the audacity to cancel the order and said he couldn't comment on anything when I threatened to cancel my order and I need the refund in my account the next day. He didn't have any updates... Why is he there? I need to put on record the harrowed experience with Amazon... Never will I shop on Amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
