Amazon India — delivery of amazon echo dot missguided | |||
Amazon misguided me on the delivery I am a prime member I ordered this from for 2499/- on 17/07/18 and amezon mentioned delivery on 18/07/18 so far not delivered, after making 5 calls to customer care, they said it is with courier & will be delivered today (Every day they misguided) finally when i called again they are saying that the order is canceled due to non delivery and amount will be refunded. I had purchased many items from amezon earlier but this time amezon has totally misguided me in this order. And in the tracking the order screen they mentioned that “customer refused to take delivery “ this has been updated without my notice. Guys you need to be very careful with amazon. From 16-17/07/2018 Amazon gave offer 10%cashbnavk minimum purchase order rs1000/- butbonn17/07/18 I paid rs1018/- but 10% cash back not given yet
