Amazon India — For every issue they issue refund and done | |||
Orderno;[protected] They wrongly delivered the product to some other place and claimed the product was delivered to me. When i submitted the proof of delivery boy number. +[protected]. They realized it was delivered to some other address. They took more than 10 days to say "investigating" and all of a sudden wrote to me saying "redund issued". Now, it is how giants like amazon wanted us to be! Like salves so they can take on for ride without worrying about constitutional as they think we just shut our mouth when refund is issued. They didn't worry about making the customer wait for no reason and putting the blame of lieing. They simply said now the case is closed as we issued the refund. So they can get away with all the mental pressure they cause to customer. When i wrote and spoke to amazon escalation team, the lady was not able to answer and simply saying "refund was issue so why are you worrying now?". Amazon listen to this, before you call everyone as "valued customer" start "valuing" things. Change your mindset of "we can keep the customer wait for endless days and he will shut his mouth if he give him/her refund". Customer deserves respect and answers. During the interaction, each time i had to call cs team and you never bothers about dates and you kept the customer waiting all the time. Was this information helpful? | |||
