Hi, i've been cheated and harassed by amazon people. I had worst customer experience with amazon. These people are doing fraud with customer. Let me brief my story. I have placed an order for iphone 6s worth 42000 on 6th april. It was supposed to be delivered by next day but nothing has been received so far. Its almost a month and i have neither received my product nor refund. According to amazon, my shipment has been delivered and tracking details also been updated. It has been received by an unknown person (Sameer). I can't trace any such person staying here at my neighbor location. I was at office and my premises was closed when it was delivered. Immediately reported amazon and requested to send courier guy to identify that person. Nobody has visited my place and i am getting only one reply "the order has been completed from our end". Can you imagine such unprofessional response from an international brand ! How could they deliver an expensive product to third person without intimating customer ! Since then, i've called many times to their so called "friendly customer care" and talked with multiple agent as well as supervisors from amazon leadership team. Most of the supervisors made fake promise and asked me to wait for 2 working days and if you will not receive your order then refund/replacement will be initiated. After 2 days, i got an email with same response "the order has been completed from our end". Oh god, this illiterate people even don't understand the meaning of delivered/complete order. As per them, the order completion means throw customer packet anywhere and update the system as "delivered". If its completed then why didn't i receive my order yet! This is what they call safe and legitimate delivery. Now, i am tired of calling and drafting email. This kind of after sale service was never expected from amazon. The most shocking moment was when i asked for pod (Proof of delivery) and courier direct contact number from one of the supervisor, he said "we can't provide it "!!! Well, this is how amazon making revenue and advertise as "most trustful brand". I am not a millionaire and 42000 is a very big money for me. Now, i've decided to proceed in legal way. I will highlight this to e-commerce ombudsman for consumer disputes. For legal proceedings, i've asked for pod ( proof of delivery), order invoice and details of courier company but they have not given any information except the invoice. Same thing happened with me.. They didnt deliver a SD Card.. but they claimed that they did it. When i have asked to produce the signature for proof of delivery they didn't.
