Amazon India — Iphone 6s case from apple. | |||||
We ordered for an iphone 6s case from apple (Mkxt2zm/a - apple part number for this case) for 3000rs. I received an iphone 5 case without packing worth less than 100rs. When i approached amazon they took sides with the seller, who is not willing to accept the product at site and is forcing me to agree to sellers terms. Seller terms are 20% refund or ship to the seller on my own(Which i don't trust will be endorsed by the seller). As per advise from amazon, I have also sent the courier to the customer, I have also insured the package. Amazon / Seller needs to reimburse the amount 210Rs along with the full refund of 2994Rs.
