Amazon India — Iphone 6s scam and irresponsible customer service | |||||
-Purchased iPhone 6s on May 11, 2017. - order id:[protected] - Received the same with rattling noise while vibrating. - When requested for replacement, the Amazon India customer care demanded the customer to get the phone fixed in a nearest Apple store. What kind of customer policy is this? Why would a customer order online (from the biggest online market) and get his new phone with defects and then get it fixed from an onsite Apple store? What kind of service and retailers Amazon is dealing with and storing for its customers. - I'm a new customer on Amazon. I prefer Flipkart over Amazon, because of better service and policies. First time on Amazon and this is what I get. - Is this how Amazon retains its customers? Please check the retailers and their products.
