Hello, i am here about the ORDER #[protected]Procus Iris Car Dash Camera, FHD 1080P, 2" LCD Screen Video Recorder, 120° Wide Angle Lens, G-Sensor, Motion Detector, Loop Recorder, Expandable Upto 32GB)
Purchased on 23rd April, and the dash cam stopped working within 12 days, and exactly 5 days after the return window was closed.
I repeatedly contacted them through their website through the contact us section, then I also sent whatsapp messages to their business number ([protected]), then I sent emails to them by attaching the invoice and warranty slip. But no resolution and response.
Also contacted the amazon chat agents, none of them took any sort of responsibility and authority. This is annoying as well as frustrating that I have to keep contacting here and there to get resolution as if that is my fault!
And the recent amazon chat agent named Harshita too shed off the responsibility and gave no hope and help, why is the customer care there for? to get beyond the reach of consumers and help out, not to make them frustrated and helpless! Also after the chat she redirected to the blank page instead of the feedback page, maybe its deliberate so that i shouldn't be able to rate her low.. Too much fraudulent stuff going on here.
