Amazon India — Moto G4 Plus Defective Received, Not providing Replacement | |||||
It’s being a week, I have been trying continuously to contact Moto Team of Amazon. They were not contacting back to me. After the week, I had to wait for them half an hour and then get connected to them. I have told them that My charging LED of mobile is not functioning LED doesn’t turn on for notification and not for charging It looks like dead mobile while screen is turned off I have tried to contact them but they said amazon can’t help you, you will have to visit service centre for repair. Is that really need to visit service centre, while I received a faulty product from Amazon. Agent told me that amazon can’t help on this, if product is defective, just visit service centre. Why should I contact to service centre of MOTO, they should collect their faulty product instead of wasting my time. I’ll have to wait for the a week to visit service centre after that I’ll have to go their to collect my mobile after the time, they will tell me. Why should wait for that long time? Is this really my big mistake to purchase a product from Amazon? It is really getting my worst experience with Amazon. I never supposed to have worst experience with Amazon, otherwise I really had a great time with Amazon, but it seems it won’t forever. I just don’t want to waste my time, while I invested my money and now will have to waste my time as well won’t be able to use my phone after purchase as it will be in service centre.
