Amazon India — my order for yu yureka automatically cancelled

i was looking for yu yureka for many days bt it was out of stock Today 26 may i ordered it n it is sucessfully placed .bt after n hour i got an sms from amazon that ur order has been cancelled. i checked my mail then, a mail from amazon was present . "Hello, We closed this account because our records show that we closed another account of yours for not meeting the terms of our Conditions o[censored]se agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders with our site. If you had open orders on this account, those orders were cancelled and refunded when we closed the account. Any digital content that you purchased with this account is still available to you. Sincerely, Account Specialist" Why they dont tell abt the true reason . why my order has been cancelled i am frustrated from amazon it happens many times when i try to order yu yureka May be they dnt want to sell it due to yu yuphoria or someone who works there need yureka so the amazon cancelled my order n give it to him Please help me.
