I have purchased one xiomi redmi note 3(silver 32 GB) through your app, during diwali festival. ( Order No.[protected]. I received the item on 03 Nov 2016 and paid to the deliverer through SBI card. The invoice number is KA- BLR[protected]. Because of diwali, you had declared 10% discount on the purchase through SBI card as well as 5% discount on purchase through your app. which I have done. However it is regretted to inform you that 3 months have been passed, but you have not yet credited the discounted amount to my SBI account. Copy of bank statements also forwarded to you.
