Amazon India — Not able to cancel order

Yesterday i ordered one item from amazon.in and after sometime i realized that i had to order another item and now i am not able to cancel that order and i tried to cancel yesterday and today. This is really pathetic

I also called customer care no but she was also not able to cancel.

Please cancel this order and confirm me so that i can order another item
