[Resolved] Amazon India — Not returning a product | |||
I purchased a Titan watch from Amazon.in (order no.[protected] on 10th Oct, received the product on 13th Oct and placed the return request on 14th Oct by calling on their customer support center.I was assured by the customer care executive that the product will be returned, and if the seller does not respond to you within 3 working days Amazon would be responsible for returning & refunding the product as per their A-z guarantee.I have called at their customer care number 5 times at every time I was told the same thing.Now they are giving lame excuses that the product(watch) is not eligible for return & product will only be returned if it is damaged whereas on their website it is clearly mentioned that watches are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.I want to mention again that the product is still unused and the return request was placed within 1 day of receiving the watch.They are just harassing people by changing their statements again and again Was this information helpful? | |||
