Support Service & Product Delivery - BOTH ARE HORRIBLE! Check my Calls regarding Order#[protected]. I spoke to Payal from customer service team and Anurup & Nagesh from Amazon Leadership Team. Terrible support attitude with no help provided at all! My ordered product was returned without contacting me and your support service & leadership team is so helpless in doing anything to make up for the blunder they did with my order!. Also, callback assured by Anurup from Amazon Leadership team but i never received a call - I am not surprised on this unprofessionalism anymore though.
