I have order TP-Link TL-MR3020 Mini Pocket 3G/4G Wireless Router (Grey) product on 27th June 15. I received product on 1st July 15. When I opened the package…. I came to know that this product is already used and box is already opened. Lots of things written inside the box shows that its already opened and used. Please find attached photos. When same thing I raised with Amazon customer care chat they just asked me to cancel the order and wait for money to be transferred. When I insist they disconnected my chat (Miss Suman and Supervisor Nisha) Also there is no escalation against seller and everything is between seller and customer who needs to get sorted this issue their own. Then why we need Amazon in between? Now I demanded compensation against is hassle which again they deny. Why? Can I raise case against Amazon that they cheat customer’s and sell old used products as new? Please can someone take this up and let me know how we can take actions against this. Now I want this product so I tried to place new order with new seller on Amazon and they cancelled my order stating that “reached the purchase limit for this product” Again all rules and regulation for Customer’s only…Why?
