[Resolved]  Amazon India — Order no : ORDER #[protected], no refund till date

Dear sir,
On 18th January 2022, i purchased mug set ( ORDER #[protected] from amazon.in with prepaid mode. However, after successful cancellation of the order, i am not refunded rs.499 inr till date.
Plse escalate this matter seriously so that i can be refunded .

Amazon took a lot delay in refunding my amount ! To me, its respected consumer forum whose supervision led Amazon to pay me ! Thanks forum !

Updated by roquibul7 Unfortunately, no contacts have been made by amazon till date...instead, when i contact amazon customer care, they informed my payment was refunded on 23rd January and insisted me to contact my bank customer care! However, bank officials also confirmed, no payment of such is credited in my account
