[Resolved] Amazon India — Order not delivered nor the refund | |||
I placed the order for "Annapurna Dough MAker Machine With Free Measuring Cups" online. Paid for the product on "15 Oct 2014 ", waited for 10 to 15 days and then contacted Amazon support regarding the order. Only thing they did was sent an email to the seller who just sent in a initial email after which no response received. I called in Amazon support and requested to provide me refund if they were unable to deliver the product but they did not offer any assistance apart from again sending an email to the seller. This is the worst service provided by any online shopping company. Also the support is worst, they never themselves contacted the seller for the order unless and until I contact them over the chat/phone. " Order Number:[protected] " is the order no of the product. If required can send all the chat transcripts. Can some one kindly take some action against this.. Was this information helpful? | |||
