Amazon India — payment by credit card but delivery by cod amount due

I have attached a copy of cod box delivered by delivered man collect of rs 540-/- so amozon investigation team are not accepting my complain i have submit proof of document as per attached i had 4 tome call to customer care officer the had ignore my complain and another product of 1 kg tea tata agni rs 179- not delivered, it wad reach on 21 nov, then after not delivered please to do the needful action in this regard
