Amazon India — Poor show... | |||||
I placed order on supervalue days ...somehow my order was defected so i was refunded.Refund was fast. Thanks. But customer care ensured cashback for the orders as the defected product was from their side and they couldnt return or replace. Today i got cashback but no cashback for defected/refunded product as promised by them. Thatsok but then why falaw information that day wgwn i called them.When i called amazon customer care today . He first of all had no info of cashback. Later he started talking unprofessionally and he said we already refunded so no cashback. He was stick to refund money only.He started arguing although i was asking about information.He was rude.My concern was not money but is how they treat their valued customers. Disappointed ...grow up amazon ...u r doing good job and I love you but spend some money to hire some nice and educated people who knows how to talk with customers.My email id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
