Amazon India — product ordered but not delivered as per committed date | |||||
I have ordered a product (Bitdefender antivirus total security) on 11nov and paid rs934/- towards charges. I was committed for a delivery on 14nov. But got an sms notification stating that the product shall be delivered early by 12nov. Finally i got an intimation on 12nov which states that the pdt is been successfully delivered to me where in it wasn't. Reached their cust service team and informed them about this type of fraudulant activity and they assured that they shall investigate the same and get the pdt delivered by 14nov as committed. I called them up on 14nov asking the status and they notified that their investigation is on and they couldn't give me any assurance by when this will be sorted. My point is simple, i have ordered the product through amazon by expecting the delivery by 14thnov, and since that is not happening i would want them to refund my money with interest calculated from 11nov'17. Hope amazon has found a new way of cheating customers by collecting money from us and hold it for weeks and get interest for the same.
