Amazon India — product ordered but not delivered | |||
I placed two orders from Amazon.in on 25th and 27th July but none of the products got delivered however status was showing it's on the way but delivery attempt wasn't made and both the products were sent back to the seller. I called the customer support team to raise the issue and re-deliver the products since I didn't any item or order. The representative took time and said there was some technical error in price hence order has been rejected and now they cannot deliver the item despite it is in stock right now and available on the website for sale. My concern is simple that I order both the products at the price which was quoted on the website so need them at the same price or compensate for the entire product value so tat I can place fresh order since now it's showing relatively high price .
