Amazon India — Product replacement | |||||
I have received gift being billed from relatives abroad. However having placed a replacement order amazon has not acknowledge the same for 2 weeks now for details that only a billing person can tell. How can a person just receiving the gift goods have confidential details of the person who is sending the gift. This is the second time I am writing to Amazon CS for return of goods received by me as gift. Order No :[protected] Need replacement for damaged delivery. Order No :[protected] Need replacement for size. Amazon should have the relevant details & instead call the billing person for verification. Also I have noticed that the packing boxes sizes are reduced to reduce volume for transportation which takes a toll on the goods being damaged in transportation.
