Amazon India — Received wrong product and Amazon is not replacing it | |||||
I ordered "Jollify Mens Sports Shoes from Amazon last week. Yesterday on 6.9.16 I got the product. When I opened the packet I got "Spelax Sports Shoes". I made request for replacement and pick up schedule was confirmed on 7.9.16. But today on 7.9.16 nobody came for pick up. When I opened my Amazon account there is no order history. Amazon deleted all my order history. I request Amazon please replace my wrong product with the actual product which I ordered. Was this information helpful? | |||||
