Amazon India — refund of lenovo k8 note | |||||
Hi i had returned the product on 22nd nov but till date i have not received my refund. The courier partner has failed to submit the details to amazon and i am made the scapegoat. The product originally planned for 19th pick up but nobody turned up and on 22nd the courier agent came for pickup and forgot his machine and asked us to take the photo of the receipt as amazon do not provide any receipt for pick up.
