Amazon India — Refund of money and delivery of defective product | |||||
I had purchased a mobile phone (One plus X) of price rupees 14999.00 from Amazon India on 29/03/2016. My order number was[protected]. The phone was not working properly, so I requested for the replacement. I returned the product, and they sent me new mobile again on 17/04/2016. I found same issues with the new mobile as well. So finally, I requested for the return of product on 18/04/2016, I sent back that mobile to amazon on 19/04/2016. They received their mobile back, but didn’t transferred the money to my account. I have not received my money back till now. I called customer cares representative more than 10 times, and every time they are requesting for the new information’s and telling that money has been transferred to my account. Consumer care representative misbehaved with me as well. I received a mail from amazon stating that money is transferred successfully on 25 April, 2016 with an authorization code for sale transaction IG0BSNKBX1. Today I went to my bank branch, and they informed me that no money has been transferred to my account. I request you to please help me to get my money back.
