Amazon India — refund on returned products | |||
Order no #[protected] marks and spencer women's cropped navy pant-the item was returned on 29th july and i still have received no refund. Amazon's national escalation team is useless and do not even know how to match products with the order and track their returns thereby harassing customers. Amazon must start to outsource their customer service. [protected] marks and spencer women's body blouse - the item was delivered on 2nd july and picked up on 8th july but refund has not been received so far. Initially amazon told me that the product returned was old and duplicate. Now i am being told that i have returned a pant for a blouse. They themselves don't know what they are talking. Since the payments for both the above orders was made online by credit card, my bank is charging me on late fees and interest charges. Was this information helpful? | |||
