Amazon India — Return and refund for defective Product | |||||
I bought speakers with blue tooth (Mak tech 5.1 channel bluetooth 80 watts rms with usb, mmc & fm radio mak-k920fm-umb mini hi-fi system home theater speaker system mak tech 5.1 channel bluetooth 80 watts rms with usb, mmc & fm radio mak-k920fm-umb mini hi-fi system home theater speaker system) by order number :[protected], order placed: 8 may 2016, order total: rs.4444.00 I got the speakers in defective on 14th may 2016 and paid rs 4444 in cash. The same day i raised the issue about non functioning of the product and requested for return, tha amazon customer services told me to raise the issue with seller. I raised the issue with the seller. He is not responding. I am not concerned about seller, i purchased from amazon. Now you are putting the onus on seller and buyer. What is your role? I want the immediate return and refund of my money. Otherwise i will raise the issue in consumer forum. Please do not but anything from amazon, they donot take any responsibility of the seller, a to z guarantee is just bogus phrase. Ultimately buyer is at the receiving end.
