Amazon India — Return order cancelled 4 times without contacting me

I bought a lee cooper's black color shoe from amazon.In. It was delivered on 19 th may 2016 to me. But its too small in size. So i wanted to return it and booked a return order, but already 3 times my return order is cancelled. I dont know the reason. Even they didnt contact me. They neither sent me sms nor call me. But again and again my return order have been cancelled. Once again i have booked a return order and the pick up date is 24 th may.
