Amazon India — Returning of defective delivered item by amazon | |||||
I have ordered New Balance DC 580+ English Willow Bat on 17.08.2016 vide Order #[protected] with a promise from Amazon that it will be delivered between 22nd Aug to 25th August 2016. However, while we contacted Amazon on 25th evening it was wrongly communicated that the item has been delivered while the delivery was still pending and it was finally delivered on 26th August. On opening of the packed, it was found that the item was damaged so once again we contacted Amazon and communicated to replace which was agreed to. But today while we contacted about replacement, it has been told that item cannot be replaced. Therefore, we told them to return the item. Now Amazon is forcing me to dispatch the item via courier, instead of they themselves arrange the return. On my insisting they gave me Gati pickup service No. as [protected] but astonishingly it is not being connected and coming as wrong number. Therefore, kindly arrange returning of the item and refund my amount immediately Repeat IMMEDIATELY. Was this information helpful? | |||||
