[Resolved] Amazon India — Returning procedure | |||
I have purchased an Mobile phone from amazon, and having defect, now am returning it, they are not collecting the same and they wants us to print all the labels cost of 5-10 rupees and courier charges 200 rupees approx. and they will refunding 100 rupees for courier and after receiving the item they will initiate refund. Why cant they collect item from home and start initiating the refund. they are selling this type of defective items and while returning they are earning money from the consumers like this.
