Amazon India — Seller " carry-wrap " with amazon selling defective products | |||||
Dear customers, Kindly avoid placing orders on amazon.In. Amazon is tied up with sellers in india who are sending defective products. The cod is not been provided by such sellers. One such big seller is carry-wrap (Hyderabad). The below mail i sent to amazon and also contacted on fb but no proper justification and response provided. Just it is told that amazon has its policy and i should sent the seller the defective product by incurring the costs from my pocket. Mail details -: @ amazon -: this is really very bad of seller "carry wrap". First, he deliver me the defective product. Now, he is saying that i should ship him the defective product incurring cost from my pocket and once he confirm with product received then my refund will be initiated. Really, a worst feedback what sellers are tied up with amazon. Kindly intervene in the matter. I want the product replacement as soon as possible. I will complaint in consumer's court if i willnot get the working product of my order by this week. Now, i better know why cod is not benefitted by sellers on amazon. Its a good platform to sell off defective products to customers by gaining the advance payments and then behave like that. I will file complaint in consumer court forum online.
