I am an army officer and bought this product through amazon. I was out of town due to my service committments. On return on 14 nov 2018, i checked that the product was not working. We gave 2 calls to amazon and they promised to pick the product up for return. After 5 days they said on 20 nov that they cannot return the product after giving false hopes. Refund was processed from their end on 30th August and was to be credited on 7th September but still no amount is being credited to my account.
The bank members are not helping me in any way.
