Amazon India — The refund amount is not reflecting in my bank statement | |||||
I have ordered the Product 01st feb with amazon they are unable to deliver the product .so i have asked for refund on 22 feb so they initiated the refund on 27th feb and the RRN Number is 74332747060705926796807 They told me that the refund has been processed successfully on 01 st march 2017. but until today the amount is not credited in my bank statement. when i asked amazon about this issue they told me to contact the bank branch and file charge dispute. when i meet the bank to file charge dispute they are telling that there is no option like that and so they asked to contact amazon itself. amazon india is telling the same repetitive answer of contacting the bank side and they are telling there is nothing to do from their side kindly ask the amazon to refund the money. or else i will move on towards consumer court and file the case against amazon india.
