Amazon India — Unethical behaviour in business | |||||
It is not ethical to send an apology letter when a promise can't be kept on Order#[protected]. Due to delay in delivery huge losses have been incurred to me. I couldn't attend my online classes because of I trusted amazon company over flipkart. It has hurted and hurted like hell. One thing i realised that customer service executives have been given scripts and according to the scripts they are playing their roles. I'm really disappointed with amazon's services. Many times I have contacted though no positive responses from their side. Weird services indeed..How can it be possible"Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company"! If customers are deceived. This is not expected from a company like amazon. Worst services i've ever seen till date. Beware of amazon ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
