Amazon India — Unprofessional transportation service | |||||
I had a nightmare experience with amazon transportation service recently. I've ordered moto g4 plus in this website. when i was booking it, it showed me eta as 12th oct. when the product is shipped eta changed to 15th oct my friend birthday falls on oct 15th. so i contacted them asking for a delivery on oct 14th. i even said that i was ready to go to warehouse which is 10kms away from me. they said they would expedite the request. so i waited till 14th evening & called them up. again the same story, we are expediting it. And i've called them 6 to 7 times till today (19th oct). im still getting the same answer from these stupid people which dont even care to serve the customer. The product arrived on 13th oct to hyderabad. but it did not come out for delivery. what should i say guys?? im fed up. its a birthday gift to my friend & i missed it. these bloody people have a transport service that sucks to core. Which courier firm doesnt has an option of collecting it in the warehouse. im tired listening the same answers from these customer service people. neither do they help me in getting the product delivered nor they give the contactinfo of warehouse.
