I was sent the wrong product and upon my return there was a message stating that the amount was refunded to my Amazon Pay Bal. but it is not done.
When I spoke with the supervisor Ms. Herkinder she said that it would reflect in 2-3 hours but when I asked as to how the message said that it was added she told me that it is added in my account and that I am lying.
It has become a habit of the staff at Amazon India to earn the money by cheating the customers in this cheap manner.
May be that the CEO is encouraging the staff to cheat the customers by providing wrong information and that the amount is not really refunded at all to any of the customers. This is really sad to note... Was this information helpful? |
