Amazon India — Wrong product delivered & money not refund

Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased a Pigeon Favourite Induction Base Aluminium Pressure Cooker with Outer Lid, 3 Litres, silver (worth 499)( dated-13.08.2015) from Amazon. after receiving i found wrong product delivered, i returned the Pigeon Favourite Induction Base Aluminium Pressure Cooker with Outer Lid, 3 Litres, silver and claim for refund. At the time of putting bank account details, i have putted the my closing bank account details. when i realized, i immediately contacted to customer service. they directed we can not change the bank details. i have done accordingly. and they told me we will credit your bank account within 2 working days. after 3 working days when i have not received any refund, I contacted to customer service, they told me they have done refund. i asked for transaction ID or UTR no. for NEFT. They did not provide me the same. they given a reference no.NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX instead o[censored]TR no. I have sent my bank statement but they are refuse to anything.They are not providing any transaction details. Amazon Order no-#[protected].
