Dear sir
i have booked 2 pillow vied order id[protected] for 2 pillows . I received the material and of this one pillow was no pillow but bundle of cotton sheets wrapped with one pillow. I ordered return of the same and amazone had agreed the same and gave me return label to be printed on return able material. The courier did not turned up and the same return order was invalid with the remark courier failed to collect.
So i tried to renew my return complaint by cancelling old return memo. Surprising after cancelling the memo it was termed as return is not allowed now.
Secondly surprisingly there is no system in the app of amazone which can connect to their customer service cell. And if we search the net no net can guide us to the customer service department of amazone. So they are purposely not allowing the client to approach or nor had given any window to complaint of clients.
This is total injustice with the consumer and you must take up this matter with them that how there is no provision to consumer to lodge complain for there service as well as products Was this information helpful? |
