Amazon Transportation Services — amazon didn't deliver my package

First day courier person came to deliver the order at doorstep and no one opened the door, i texted him another number to call and confirm, he did not called and returned back with courier. Second day he did not come, and added the reason of not delivering as additional address required. On third day also he did not come to deliver the order, and at amazon site reason updated was "item rejected by me". Now courier person is calling me to cancel/return the order. Can you please guide me how and when can i get my courier. It's so pathetic service and at your site also there is no place i am getting where i can update the order related concern.
