Amazon Usa — Not Refunding My money | |||||
My name is Vishal Kumar on 5th October I ordered a product from Amazon.com (USA) i.e. Denon DJ MCX8000 | Standalone DJ Player and Serato 4-Channel DJ Controller priced @ 600$ + 17.57 Shipping sold by lllllljimiawondolowskillllll from my amazon account. The order was placed successfully and the amount from my Credit card No. [protected] was debited, the total amount was INR 43, 538.16. Later the order was cancelled by amazon.com claiming that they have not charged me for the order and in return asked me to check with the bank. The SBI bank on the other hand for which i hold my Credit card is giving me useless explanation that the amount was not confirmed by the merchant but my amount was deducted from the card.
