Last month I called to cancel my $12.99 charge. and you charged me again. please remove your $12.99 that I don't even know what it was for. my card is American express ending in 3961 this is on my amazon prime account. the dates that your charged me was 01/16/2019 - 01/18/2019 and than 02/19/2019 - 02/21/2. please take action as soon as possible
