I have purchased a mobile bolt a37b of amount 3535 through amazone.in order (#[protected].and received on 6 feb 2015. The mobile was not working properly and switch off automatically after every 5 minutes, regarding this matter I have many calls to amazon customer service but they are denying to refund my amount.
