Dear Sir, It was first ever bitter experience that I have purchase defective product as mention in order detail I called customer care on[protected] at 4pm there was no any proper information and call was hold for 18 minute . The product that was dispatched was defective . there was extream heating and camera was not focusing object for picture and vague picture capture for near object and charger is not at all working. I thought that there is setting problem and hold it without complaining, later on after taking back up I restore it on 21st Nov the problem was not resolved. I request you to replace as the product is under warranty and I am residing quiet distat place, patna to reach to service center. There was no any refund timing on bill, It is my humble request to replace other wise I will move to cort of law.
