Amazon.in — usb modem that never reached me | |||
my name is nishant basu ..my email adress is [protected]@gmail.com I placed the first order On some day in october for a usb modem...its expected date to reach me wa 30th of october but amazon guys on customer care kept me in dark toldd me to wait and finally on 4th of nov after calling so many tyms told me that ur order is misplaced then they told me to put another order..i did that also...its expected date was 12th of nov...that also didn't reached me yet..and the guys on their customer care told me that it is also mis pllaced then i placed the order the third tym and u guys cancelled it giving an excuse that u can place tthat order twice...are they guys seriously sick ...?? That product was necessary for me in october itself..and it never reached me...this is the way how they treat their consumers?? By irriitating them??...this is the worst buying experience from any shopping site for me... Was this information helpful? | |||
