I paid £118 for domain name and 4 page website. They then took a further £589.80 off my card for google optimisation i received nothing no domain name no website nothing. They dont reply to your e mails or calls. I filed a complaint by post e mail and phone i had no response. I have since spoke to other companies they have ripped off. I stopped my card and notified my bank. I want a full refund and no dealings with this company again.. People need to be warned of this company. Was this information helpful? | |

Same thing happened to me and i am gutted, something should be done about these fraudsters,
The domain name I was given belongs to a tattooist in South Wales and no receipt to show for the
£717.60 either.

Hi There...I noted your comments regarding AMCS and the unauthorised removal of money from your account. The same has happened to me. On phoning to complain, I was told a letter was posted( first class) stating money would be taken. I stated that I never received such a letter. They said complain to the post office. I asked why did they not send a email or phone. They don't do that, letter only. I have my doubts whether a letter was posted in the first place in order that they can say you never replied and therefore are justified in debiting my account without prior authorisation. Have you ever heard of an internet company not contacting their clients by email? Was this similar to what happened to you.

I have recenly read more reviews on this company and the same thing has happened to others!! how do they get away with this?
I eventually got through to someone who says they are the accounts manager who told me I would get no money back and would call me back when he had looked into my complaint.. He never called me back
