American Express Credit Card — non delivery of amex credit card

I Archana agarwal has applied american express make my trip credit card on 8th april, 2015. as said by the amex team the card will be delivered by 7 working days. i had given a request the card as earliest as possible because i had planned a holiday trip from 27th april. but unfortunately the did not deliver the card . i got a letter saying i was not available when the card was sent on 11th may 2015. i had again given a request for delivering the card on 16th may 2015 and they said by 20th may the card will be delivered. till today i.e 27th may the card is not delivered but iam getting statement for the amount due . i have called the customer care several times they say we have processed the request or the systems are not working.
