American Express India — credit card issue-asking for extra money

Address:Pune, Maharashtra, 411006

I have been charged extra amount and they have already took my 2000 rs. They promised to revert it and now not reverting it.

They said please pay 2141/= and we will revert your amount back.

Now they are threatening me and saying to send collection people.

Even they are asking for extra money now.

The language of amex doesn't looks good.
