American Express India — False commitment and invalid gift card provided on redemption of points

I had redeemed my points and received a 500 Rupees gift card doesn't work- . Despite repeated telephonic and email requests no action was taken.

It's been months of following up now. Below are some email exchanges which have all the dates and follow ups

As discussed, I was clearly told that American Express Gift cards will have validity for one year which clearly is not the case. I have attached the images for all 3 gift cards- none of which I received but have not used.

Please cancel these and issue 3 new gift cards with one year validity, per our discussion today and send it to the below address on priority and confirm. I could be reached at +91-[protected] for any discussions if needed.
