I worked for American Express India for 3 years and 7 months from January 31, 2011 - September 12, 2014.
I have been applying to get my Provident Fund (PF) from them. Each time, they robotically ask me to upload my applications and despite me submitting the form (I even get confirmation emails of submission each time), they keep saying they have not received my application and ask me re-upload my applications. They don't provide any solution and they just have two standard responses, i.e. they have not received my application and asking me to re-upload my application.
It's getting rather tedious and mentally harassing dealing with them. It does not appear that a single human being works in that department. No amount of imploring or being nice works with them. Was this information helpful? |
