Amet University — not returning fees paid amount

I vrushabhendra seeked admission to the course me in naval architecture and offshore engineering. To which i have paid a admission fee of 35000 rs. To the university on dated 13/03/2019 through online and i got a receipt bearing fee paid receipt no. A17696.in the due course i received a admission letter from amet on dated 16 may 2019 bearing ref. No. Amet/admin/2019 stating that to produce the said documents as mentioned in point d of the admission letter (Copy attached) by 9am on 08/08/2019 at amet.
When i went to amet for the admission process i was shocked to hear that only 3 students were there for the admission to the course. Meanwhile i came to know with other candidates that there is a fee difference collected from me 35000 rs and with other is 8000 rs.
So i thought of seeking admission in other university and decided not to get admitted to the course in amet.
Immediately i gave a letter in writing to the registrar regarding to cancel my admission and return admission fee of 35000 rs.
But the ar refused to accept my letter at 3.30pm and after several requests from my side ar informed and said me to come tomorrow and we will accept your letter and will repay your fee back.
When i went to ar on 09/08/2019 after waiting till evening 6 pm officials of ar office returned only my documents with sign but they didn't repaid my fees
And told that admission department will respond.
From then i am not getting any proper information regarding my fees by admission and administration department since i am a resident of karnataka. I am facing lot of problems from amet university to get the information.
